Aligners are most effective when worn 20 to 22 hours per day and removed only for eating, brushing and flossing.

No. Our team will monitor your treatment remotely saving you costly trips to your local Dental Clinic.

An average treatment is 6 months, but depending on how crooked your teeth are it can be anywhere from 3-12 months.

Of course! We have fixed many cases with an overbite. Take our smile test now so we can evaluate what is going on. 

No, unfortunately you cannot. Once we send your Impressions off to get scanned and we see you have a fracture we will refund the money straight away. Once you get the fracture fixed, come back and begin treatment.

Please take our smile test and order an Impression Kit so our treatment co-ordinators can evaluate your next move. Our many years of experience indicates that unless your wisdom teeth are painful (impacted) then there is no reason to be concerned.

We usually only deal with mild to medium cases. If you are unsure, fill out our 30 second smile test and see if you are suitable now.  

When you submit the photo of your teeth, referred to as the Smile Assessment Stage, our treatment co-ordinators will review the photos and email you with the results for your case. This is a complimentary service that we provide to everyone.

You go to our website and purchase your Impression Kit which you will use to take impressions of your upper and lower teeth in the convenience of your own home.
Once you have done that, you return to us in the prepaid satchel we include in each Designer Aligners® Impression Kit then we digitally scan your impressions and create a comprehensive treatment plan that will include a simulation of where your teeth are now and where they will move to and how long it will take (generally 5-6 months if using our day/night system or 8-10 months if you choose our nighttime only system).

From the time you give us the thumbs up it will take around 3 weeks to deliver your aligners to your door.

Yep, every stage of your treatment is done from home.
Each month we require updated photos so we can track your progress but unless you have regular dental visits every 6 months then you will not be required to attend your dentist.

We want you to send us a few photos once you have taken your impressions so we can check them before you ship back to us. 

Because we provide our customers with double the standard impression kit gear at no extra charge, you will get it right!

No, don’t eat or drink (except for water) whilst wearing your aligners, just put them back in after you’re done.

It is really important that you wear your retainers after treatment but only at night and forever because if you don’t your teeth will move.

To assist you we offer replacement retainers every 18 months at a discounted fee.

We charge $99 for our double value Impression Kits including shipping both ways.

Then you pay a further $2,299 for your treatment simulation and aligners.

You can select whether to pay the full amount or use one of our interest free payment plan options.

We are so confident that we can help you that yes! If we complete your 3D scans and the treatment co-ordinator believes your case falls outside our normal parameters then we will call you to discuss your options.

A full refund will be given if we cannot assist you.

Enamel reduction (IPR) is a very useful tool, particularly for cosmetic, short term orthodontics. 

IPR is not harmful to the enamel. Multiple studies have proven that the enamel after polishing is actually smoother than natural enamel, and is NOT weaker or at higher risk for cavities / decay.
