Shipping & Returns

Online orders will be shipped within 1 business day via Australia Post, tracking will be forwarded once despatched.

Due to hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns on oral care products including Teeth Impression Kits and Whitening Foam.

In the case of a damaged or faulty product, we will replace or refund at our discretion. If an incorrect or defective item is received, we must be notified within 7 days of receiving the order. It is the customers responsibility to check all items upon delivery.

In the event that a refund has been approved, please allow 5 days for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method only (ie. Credit Card, PayPal or Afterpay), this is for security purposes. All refunds will be processed in AUD. Your bank may charge conversion fees for international refunds and payments, these are out of our control and we will not be held liable for any loss caused as a result.

Money Back Warranty On Aligners

The Treatment Simulation that is approved forms the basis of the warranty

Compliance:

  • must complete treatment
  • must wear aligners as prescribed
  • must submit progress photos each month

Reasons to void warranty:

  • non-compliance before, during and after treatment including failure to improve oral health if suggested by your treatment advisor, not inserting, removing, wearing, cleaning or changing aligners as prescribed

Warranty expiration:

  • immediately after treatment finishes

In the event a customer requests a refund, they must submit their pre-treatment assessment and all photos.

Submissions will be reviewed by the Designer Aligners treatment review panel and any full or partial refund is at the sole discretion of the review panel.
